Itikaf aur Khalwat

Itikaf aur khalwat ek aisa tareeqa hai jo rooh ki safai aur Allah ke qurb ka zariya hai. Khalwat nasheeni ka matlab ek aarzi tanhai hai jiska asal maqsad ibadat, tafakkur aur roohani tazkiya par ziada tawajju dena hai. Is dauraan, insan duniya se alag hokar apni zaati gehraiyon mein ghoota lagata hai aur Allah se gehra rishta qaim karta hai. Yeh amal insani rooh ke taale kholne ke mutaradif hai, jo aakhir mein roohani taraqqi aur kamal ka baais banta hai.

Tashreeh-e-Itikaf ek Ilmi Misaal ke Zariye

Behtar samajhne ke liye, hum ek misaal le sakte hain jo science ki duniya se hai: Istinsakh (Cloning).

Istinsakh ka matlab hai ek naye zinda makhlooq ka paida hona ek cell ya kuch cells ke zariye. Guzishta waqt mein, science-dan bohot saal tak koshish karte rahe ke is amal ko samajh sakein aur kaamyabi hasil karein, magar bohot si mushkilat darpaish thi.

Ahem masla yeh tha ke har cell, baghair is baat ke ke us mein ek mukammal makhlooq banane ki tamam maloomat mojood hai, sirf ek khaas qisam ki cell hi bana sakta tha. Misal ke tor par, jild ki cell sirf jild hi bana sakti thi aur aankh ki cell sirf aankh banane ki salahiyat rakhti thi. Khalwat dar Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani

Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani mein, roohani sulook ka ek bunyadi asool "Khalwat” hai. Khalwat ka matlab duniya se alag ho kar sirf Allah se rabita qaim karna hai. Ye amal sirf rooh ki taharat aur qurb-e-Ilahi tak pohanchne ke liye nahi, balki nafs ki waswason aur gunaahon se bachne ki salahiyat mazboot banane ke liye bhi zaroori hai.

Mafhoom-e-Khalwat aur Iski Mashruiyat

Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani mein khalwat aik gehri islami aur irfani taleemaat ka hissa hai. Iska asal maqsood yeh hai ke banda logon se door hokar sirf apne asal aur haqiqi mehboob – Allah Ta’ala – se rabta banaye.

Allah Qur’an Majeed mein farmata hai:
"Wa-uzkur isma rabbika wa-tabattal ilayhi tabteela”
(Al-Muzzammil: 8)
"Apne Parwardigar ka naam yaad karo aur puri tarah usi ki taraf mutawajjah ho jao.”

Hadees-e-Qudsi mein bhi aata hai:
"Ana jaleesu man zakarani”
"Main us shakhs ka hamsathi hoon jo mera zikr karta hai.”

Yeh irshadat khalwat ki buland martaba ko wazeh karte hain aur is baat ko sabit karte hain ke Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani ke muridon ke liye yeh ek zaroori amal hai, jo unhein Allah ke qurb aur roohani taraqqi ki taraf le jata hai.

Khalwat Sunnat-e-Paighambar Akram (Sallallahu Ta'ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wasallam)

Sab se pehle khalwat-nasheeni ka tareeqa ikhtiyar karne wale Rasool-e-Akram (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) the. Nabuwat se pehle aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) logon se door hokar Ghaar-e-Hira mein jaya karte the, taake tanhai mein Allah ki ibadat karein, aur duniya ke shor o gul se door reh kar khaliqat par ghoro fikr karein. Isi khalwat-nasheeni ke dauraan pehli martaba Wahi nazil hui.

Ba’athat ke baad bhi, Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne is sunnat ko jari rakha, taake ummat par khalwat aur itikaf ki ahmiyat wazeh ho, jo tazkiya-e-nafs aur Allah se qurb ka ek behtareen zariya hai.

Muddat-e-Khalwat

Khalwat ki kam az kam muddat: 10 din hai, kyunki Rasool-e-Karim (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ka itikaf bhi 10 din ka hota tha.

Behtareen muddat: Ahl-e-Tariqat ka aqeeda hai ke khalwat ki behtareen muddat 40 din hai. Yeh aqeeda Hazrat Moosa (Alayhis Salam) ke waaqia par mabni hai, jab unhon ne 40 din tak Allah se mulaqat ki tayari ke liye khalwat aur itikaf kiya.

Dalail-e-Qur’ani aur Hadees

Allah Ta’ala Quran-e-Kareem mein farmata hai:
"Wa wa’adna Moosa salasheena laylatan wa atmamna-ha bi’ashrin fatamma meeqatu rabbihi arba’een laylah.”
(Al-A’raf: 142)

"Aur humne Moosa se tees (30) raaton ka waada kiya, phir das (10) aur barhadi, to is tarah unke Rab ka waqt chaalis (40) raaton mein mukammal ho gaya.”

Riwayat mein hai ke Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) farmate hain:
"Main ek mahine tak Ghaar-e-Hira mein tha, jab meri khalwat mukammal hui to wapas waadi mein aaya aur wahan kuch arsa qiyam kiya.”

Ye daleel yeh sabit karti hai ke khalwat-nasheeni sirf ek roohani amal nahi, balki ek tareeqat-e-nabawi hai, jo Allah se qurb hasil karne ka ek azeem zariya hai.

Jai’gah-e-Khalwat dar Sunnat-e-Anbiya aur Urafa

Yeh azeem taleemaat yeh sabit karti hain ke khalwat ek be-misaal moqa hai jo tafakkur, Allah Ta’ala se qurb aur iman ki mazid taqat ka sabab banta hai. Anbiya aur Urafa ne isay roohani tazkiya aur islaah ka ek tareeqa samjha, kyunki khalwat ek mubarak safar hai jo insan ko uski fitrat-e-pak ki taraf le jata hai aur use apne Khaliq-e-Mutlaq se mazid qareeb kar deta hai.

Dastoor-ul-Amal Khalwat dar Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani

Khalwat, Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani mein roohani sulook ka ek ahem marhala hai, jo tazkiya-e-nafs, qurb-e-Ilahi aur safai-e-baatin hasil karne ke liye ikhtiyar kiya jata hai. Is dastoor-ul-amal mein mureed ko mukhtalif marahil se guzarna hota hai, jo ke Sheikh ki rehnumai aur nigrani mein tamam kiya jata hai. Is amal ke dauraan jismani, ibadati aur roohani dekhbhal ka khaas tor par khayal rakha jata hai, hatta ke khana khane aur sone ke tareeqa par bhi tawajju di jati hai.

1. Shaikh se Ijazat Lena

Har qisam ki khalwat ka aghaz Sheikh ki ijazat ke baghair nahi ho sakta. Sheikh ki rehnumai aur nigrani ke baghair, khalwat mureed ke liye khatarnak ho sakti hai. Sheikh ka kaam hai ke mureed ki roohani dekhbhal kare aur usay sahih rasta dikhaye.

2. Khalwat ke Dauraan Ghiza (Taghziya)

Khalwat ke dauraan ghiza par sakht control hota hai, taake jism bhari ghizaon ke asraat se mehfooz rahe aur roohani riyazat par behtareen tawajju di ja sake. Ghiza ko char marahil mein taqseem kiya jata hai:

  • Pehli Dahai (10 din):
    Ek pura roti ka tukda saath mein thodi phal, sabzi aur chai.
  • Dusri Dahai (10 din):
    Aadhi roti ka tukda aur saath thodi phal, sabzi aur chai.
  • Teesri Dahai (10 din):
    Ruba (1/4) roti ka tukda aur saath me kuch phal, sabzi aur chai.
  • Chauthi Dahai (10 din):
    • Pehle 7 din: Sirf 3 khajoor har roz.
    • Aakhri 3 din: Sirf pani aur chai.

Yeh mukhtasir ghiza ka tareeqa rooh ko barhawa dene aur nafs ki shiddat ko torne ka ek tareeqa hai, jo mureed ko roohani maqamaat tak pohanchnay ke liye madad deta hai. 15. Ibadat aur Azkaar

3. Ibadat o Azkaar

Azkaar:
Mureed par rozana ke azkaar (Subah, Asr aur Isha ke azkaar) farz hain. Iske ilawa, mureed daimi azkaar karta hai, jisme har din ek zikr ko 100,000 martaba dohrana hota hai. Agar kisi zikr ko khalwat khatam hone se pehle mukammal kar le, to usay dobara shuru karna hota hai.

Namaz:
Mureed par paanch waqt ki farz namaz ke ilawa, yeh nawafil bhi wajib hain:

  1. Namaz-e-Wuzu:
    Har wuzu ke baad, jab tak paani sookh na jaye, 2 rakat namaz.
  2. Fajr se pehle:
    2 rakat nawafil.
  3. Namaz-e-Duha:
    Suraj nikalne ke baad jab ek neze ke barabar buland ho, kam az kam 4 rakat.
  4. Zuhr se pehle:
    4 rakat nawafil.
  5. Zuhr ke baad:
    4 rakat nawafil.
  6. Asr ke baad:
    4 rakat nawafil.
  7. Maghrib ke baad:
    2 rakat nawafil.
  8. Maghrib aur Isha ke darmiyan:
    2 rakat pehle aur 2 rakat baad.

 

Maghrib ke baad:

Mureed khara hota hai aur “Ya Khabeer” ka zikr 100 martaba karta hai.
Phir baith kar apne azkaar mein mashgool hota hai.

4. Haalat-e-Nashist dar Khalwat

  • Do-zanu baithna (Jis tarah namaz mein tashahhud ke waqt baithte hain) aur poori tawajju se zikr karna zaroori hai.
  • Agar thakan mehsoos ho, to char-zanu baithne ki ijaazat hai, magar qibla ki taraf mooh aur aankhein band honi chahiye.
  • Is haalat mein sirf azkaar par tawajju deni chahiye.

Yeh tamam qawaid mureed ki roohani taraqqi aur Allah se qurb hasil karne ke liye tay kiye gaye hain.

5. Muraqibat az Afkar aur Khwab

  • Mureed ko yeh laazim hai ke din bhar koi bhi duniyaawi soch uske zehan mein na aaye.
  • Sona sirf mukhtasir sharaait ke saath mumkin hai:
    Mureed sirf suraj tuloo hone ke ek ghante baad thodi dair so sakta hai.
    Raat ko sona mumnoo’ hai.

 

6. Jismani aur Roohani Tamrinaat

  • Qadam Chalna:
    Mureed par wajib hai ke har roz kam az kam 100 qadam chale.
  • Zikr dar Halat-e-Harkat:
    Chalte waqt, mureed ko “SallAllahu Subhanahu wa Ta’ala ‘Alayka wa Sallam Ya RasulAllah” ka zikr 100 martaba dohrana hai.

 

7. Duniya se Door Rehna

  • Mureed khalwat ke dauraan mukammal tor par duniyaawi rabton se alag rahega.
  • Is dauraan kisi se bhi rabta nahi rakha ja sakta, sirf ibadat aur zikr par tawajju di jaye.

 

8. Nihayat-e-Khalwat aur Samaaj Mein Dobara Dakhil Hona

  • Jab khalwat mukammal ho jaye (jo aam tor par 40 din hoti hai), to mureed ko ahista-ahista dobara duniya se rabta banana chahiye.
  • Ye waapsi sukoon aur ibadat ke saath ho, taake roohani asraat barqarar rahein.
  • Is dauraan Sheikh ki rehnumai aur nigrani bohot zaroori hoti hai, taake mureed gumrahi aur shaytani waswason se mehfooz rahe.

 

Fawaid-e-Itikaf aur Khalwat

  • Rooh aur dil ki safai hasil hoti hai.
  • Nafs aur shaytani waswason se bachne ki taqat barhti hai.
  • Allah ke qurb ka mehsoos izafa hota hai.
  • Roohani azmat aur ibadat ka lazat hasil hota hai.

Log Jo Mukammal Khalwat Nahi Kar Sakte Unke Liye:

Jin logon ke paas mukammal khalwat ka waqt nahi, wo bhi roohani riyazat se roohani safai aur qalbi sukoon hasil kar sakte hain. Tareeqat-e-Qadri Kasnazani mein iske liye ek mukammal program hai:

  1. Janwaron se haasil shuda ghiza aur uske mushtaqaat se parhez.
  2. Roti ka istemal ahista ahista kam karna, kyunki yeh bhi jism ko unhi asraat se mutasir karta hai jo gosht karta hai.
  3. Duniyaawi guftagu kam karna, aur iska badal sirf zikr ko banana.
  4. Zyada khana aur pani peene se parhez, kyunki yeh neend aur ghaflat ko barhata hai.
  5. Halaal aur shubhaat se pak ghiza ka istemal, kyunki yeh dil ko zyada roshan karta hai.

Yeh program har shakhs ko roohani taraqqi ki taraf le jata hai, chahe wo mukammal khalwat na bhi kar sake.

Riyazat-e-Roohi (10 Rozah Program)

A.Ghiza (Khana Peene Ka Nizaam)

  • Subah ka Nashta:
    Waqt:
    Fajr ki namaz ke baad, magar Suraj tuloo hone se pehle.
    Ghiza:
    Kam miqdaar mein roti (behtar hai agar sookhi ho) aur chai.
    Agar jo ki roti mojood ho, to woh behtareen hai.
    Miqqdar:
    Sirf do khuli hui hathon ki miqdaar tak.
  • Dopehar ka Khana (Nahar):
    Wohi nashta ki miqdaar, magar saath mein kuch phal aur sabziyan.
  • Sham ka Khana:
    Wohi miqdaar jo dopahar ka khana hai.
    Jo log naye hain, woh thodi si sabziyan aur daal bhi le sakte hain.
    Magar gosht aur har qisam ke janwaron se haasil shuda mazeed ghizaiyat se perhiz.
    Sirf grilled (kabaab) ya ubli hui ghiza (steamed) bina tel ke istemal ki jaye.

 

Aham Hidayat:
Khana ke darmiyan sirf mashroobaat (liquids) piye ja sakte hain, magar koi bhi sakht ghiza nahi kha sakte.

B. Azkaar aur Awraad

  • Agar Mureed 9 Awraad pehle daur mein ho (La Ilaha Illallah se "Ya Raheem” tak):
    Rozana 10,000 martaba Zikr din mein.
    Raat ko 3,000 martaba Zikr.
    Rozana ke Awraad alag se parhna zaroori hai.
  • Agar Mureed 10 Awraad ke doosre daur mein ho (SubhanAllah wa Alhamdulillah se "La Murad Illa Allah” tak):
    Rozana 4,000 martaba Zikr din mein.
    Raat ko 1,000 martaba Zikr.
    Rozana ke Awraad alag se parhna zaroori hai.

 

C. Namazon ka Nizaam

  1. Namaz-e-Duha (4 Rakat):
    Suraj tuloo hone ke 15-20 minute baad se start hoti hai.
    Zuhr se 10-15 minute pehle tak iska waqt hota hai.
  2. Namaz-e-Awwabeen (6 Rakat):
    Maghrib ki namaz ke baad ada hoti hai.
  3. Namaz-e-Tahajjud (10 Rakat):
    Raat ko neend se uthne ke baad ada ki jati hai.
  4. Namaz-e-Witr (3 Rakat):
    Isha ke baad ada ki jati hai.
    Iska waqt Fajr ki azaan tak hota hai.
  5. Namaz-e-Wuzu (2 Rakat):
    Har wuzu ke baad, jab tak paani sookh na jaye, ada karni hai.
  6. Namaz-e-Tasbihat (4 Rakat – 2+2):
    Har rakat mein:
    Surah Fatiha ke baad 15 martaba:
    "Astaghfirullah SubhanAllah Walhamdulillah Wa La Ilaha Illa Allah Wallahu Akbar Wa La Hawla Wa La Quwwata Illa Billahil ‘Aliyyil Azeem.”
    Ruku, Qawmah, Sajdah, Jalsa aur doosri sajdah mein har jagah 10 martaba yahi tasbeeh.
    Har rakat mein total 75 martaba yeh tasbeeh parhni hoti hai.

 

D. Khwab aur Bedari

  • Sone ka waqt:
    Raat 11 baje tak sona zaroori hai.
  • Bedari ka waqt:
    Fajr ki azaan se ek ghanta pehle uthna, taake Tahajjud aur qiyam-ul-layl ada kiya ja sake.

 

E. Roza (Sawm)

  • Do Makhsoos Rozay:
    Har hafte Doosray aur Jumairat (Monday aur Thursday) ka roza rakhna.
  • Ayyam-e-Beed ke Roze:
    Har chand ki 13, 14 aur 15 tareekh ko roza rakhna (Mah-e-Qamari ke mutabiq).

 

Ahem Guidelines

  1. Apne aap ko kisi se behtar na samjhein, taake Riyazat-e-Roohi fasid na ho.
  2. Kam bolna, kam hansna aur kam ikhtilat (milna julna).
  3. Namaz ko waqt par ada karna.
  4. Apni riyazat aur ibadat ko chhupaye rakhna, kisi ko apni halat ka ilm na ho.
  5. Khana sirf waqt par khana, be-wajah na khana; sirf liquids (mashroobaat) piye ja sakte hain.
  6. Hamesha wuzu mein rehne ki koshish karein.
  7. Riyazat ke dauraan nikah ya shauhari aur biwiyani taluqaat se parhez karein, taake roohani quwwat barh sake aur nafsani hawas kamzor ho.
  8. Naram bistar aur unche takiye par sona mana hai, sirf zameen par sona behtar hai; bhaari kambalon ka istemal bhi na karein, taake ibadat mein farogh aur roohani nashaat barqarar rahe.

 

Ahmiyat-e-Bhook in Riyazat-e-Roohi

  • Bhook roohani quwwat ko mazboot aur shahwat ko kamzor karti hai.
  • Iska faida ye hai ke mureed apne zikr aur tafakkur par gehri tawajju de sakta hai.

 

Riyazat-e-Roohi (10 Din) Mukammal Karne ke Baad

Is maloomat ki buniyad par, agar shakhs tayar ho, to usay ijazat aur rehnumai di jayegi.

Tariqat ke baarey mein mazeed maloomat hasil karne ke liye neeche diye gaye form ko bharen.
